Presently before the court is the motion of defendant ITT Hartford Groups, Inc. (“Hartford”) for summary judgment (Document No. 22) pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(e), the memorandum of plaintiffs in opposition thereto (Document No. 23) and the reply of Hartford (Document No. 25). Based on the following analysis, the motion of Hartford will be, granted in part and denied in part.
