Before the Court is Defendants’, Midland Funding, LLC, and Midland Credit Management, Inc. (collectively “Midland”), Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 25), as well as Plaintiff Michael Motes’s (“Motes”) First Motion to Strike (Doc. 33) and Motion to Strike (Doc. 39). Motes brought this action alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq. (“FDCPA”).
