I. INTRODUCTION

Appellants Larry and Nancy Tevis (“the Tevises”), appearing pro se, appeal the bankruptcy court’s decision (“Memorandum Decision”) granting attorneys fees and expenses to Wilke, Fleury, Hoffelt, Gould & Birney, LLP (“Wilke Fleury”) for its services as counsel to the former chapter 7 3 trustee. The Tevises make two main contentions in support of their appeal.
