MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter came before the Court on December 28, 2001, on plaintiffs’ motion to amend their complaint in order to delete Adelle Jowers, Jay Jowers, Georgeann McNicholas, and James McNicholas as plaintiffs and add Charles Hamilton as a plaintiff, and to clarify their causes of action as well as the ad damnum clause.
