Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Lamont, J.), entered January 20, 2005 in Albany County, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of the Board of Parole denying petitioner’s request for parole release.
In 1979, when petitioner was 18 years old, he was involved in an incident that resulted in the death of two people.
