In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to compel the Commissioner of the New York State Board of Parole to release petitioner on parole, petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (Aldrich, J.), dated June 18, 1982, which dismissed the proceeding on the merits. Judgment affirmed, without costs or disbursements. In March, 1979, petitioner was sentenced, inter alia, to concurrent indeterminate terms of imprisonment of 1214 to 25 years upon his conviction of multiple counts of robbery in the first degree.
