Pending before the court are motions to dismiss the plaintiffs’ Consolidated Amended Class Action Complaint filed by the defendants, Nissan North America, Inc. (Docket No. 30) and Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. (Docket No. 34). Defendant Nissan North America, Inc. filed a memorandum in support of its motion, which defendant Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. joined.
