¶ 1. The Burlington Administrators’ Association and Nicolas Molander (collectively the Association) appeal the trial court’s confirmation of an arbitration decision that Molander, in his capacity as an interim assistant principal, was not entitled to the contractual and statutory protections applicable to regular assistant principals who are not hired on an interim or acting basis.
