POOLER, Circuit Judge.
This case raises questions regarding the scope of federal court review of a decision issued by an arbitral panel. We resolve the case through the application of the familiar principle that the scope of such review is highly constrained. This is especially true with regard to an arbitral panel’s assessment of whether the documentary and testimonial evidence presented to it is sufficient to satisfy a particular legal claim.
