Appeals from two separate orders denying motions by two sets of defendants for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or a new trial.

This action grows out of the collision of plaintiff’s tractor-trailer unit with the rear end of another tractor-trailer unit which was parked on the concrete pavement directly behind still another tractor-trailer unit which was disabled. All three units were headed in the same direction.
