This is an original proceeding in discipline filed by the office of the Disciplinary Administrator against Bryan A. Rick-man, of Girard, an attorney admitted to the practice of law in Kansas.

Three counts were called for hearing on March 26, 1998. Count I was dismissed for failure of the complainant therein to appear. Count II concerned respondent’s representation of a defendant in a driving under the influence case.
