[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] MEMORANDUM OF DECISION The issue in this appeal is whether the Court should sustain the employer's appeal and reverse the decision of the Employment Security Review Board affirming the award of unemployment compensation benefits to the claimant.

The Court hereby affirms the decision of the Employment Security Review Board and dismisses the employer's appeal.
