S. J. Montgomery as next friend of Frank Rhodes Montgomery, a minor, brought complaint for land against W. P. Brook, administrator of the estate of L. F. Brook, deceased, to recover a certain tract or parcel of land containing fifty acres, more or less, the same being the south half of the west half of lot No. 185 in the 11th district of Meriwether County. It is alleged that W. P. Brook, as administrator, is in possession of the land, receiving the rents and profits therefrom, etc.; that plaintiff claiins title to the land from L. F.
