W. D. Davis instituted this suit against W. P. Wynne for specific performance of two alleged contracts to convey to him an undivided one-tenth interest in and to a certain patent right covering an invention originated and owned by the defendant, which consisted of an attachment for converting motor-propelled vehicles into tractors.
