STOKES, Justice.

On April 29, 1930, appellant, who was in the business of furnishing display advertising in street cars and passenger busses, entered into a contract with appellee to furnish to the Cream Bakery of Wichita Falls, of which appellee was the principal owner and manager, such advertising service in the street cars and busses of the Wichita Falls Traction Company for a term of five years, for which appellee agreed to pay the sum of $20 per month.
