WILKINSON, Chief Judge:
Appellant Brown & Root filed a motion in state court to compel arbitration of ap-pellees’ employment discrimination claims. The state court denied this motion. Brown & Root sought appellate review of this decision first in the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and then in the United States Supreme Court.
