Presently before me is a Motion for Reconsideration (Docket Item [“D.I.”] 137; the “Motion”) filed by plaintiffs Melvin Pell, a retired employee of DuPont, and Ellen Pell, his wife (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 59(e).
