O’NEILL, Senior District Judge.
Beal filed a motion pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1112(b) (1994) to convert or dismiss this Chapter 11 proceeding. By Order entered August 11, 1995, the Bankruptcy Court denied this motion, required the Debtor to pay Beal pursuant to the confirmed plan of reorganization, extended the deadline for that payment by 60 days, and required Beal to assign its mortgage and related debt instruments to Bombardier upon full payment.
