Before the Court are several motions concerning the validity of the duty disability benefits available to thousands of Milwaukee firefighters, police officers, paramedics and educators under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”). The defendants, the City of Milwaukee and the City of Milwaukee Employees’ Retirement System (collectively “the City”), have moved for judgment on the pleadings and for summary judgment.
