This is an admiralty case brought into this court from the superior court of the Mississippi Territory by writ of error, and a preliminary question has been made, and is now to be decided, whether tliis is the proper process for removing a cause of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction into this court for ye-examiiiation ? A similar objection has been taken in a number of equity cases standing on the docket, removed into this court by similar process from the circuit courts.
