Before the Court is AARP’s motion for a preliminary injunction to prevent new reg*11ulations promulgated by defendant, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), from becoming applicable on January 1, 2017. See Pl.’s Mot. for Prelim. Injunction [ECF No. 2].
