Troy Lawrence appeals from the sentence imposed on him after he pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846 (1988), and one count of making false representations to a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agent, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 1001 (1988).
