Appellant Kenneth Joseph Hill pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine base pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and one count of possession of a firearm as a felon pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 922(g). Hill appeals several aspects of his sentence under the United States Sentencing Guidelines (“Sentencing Guidelines”).
