JONES, Senior Judge:
Accused challenges his conviction by general court-martial for wrongful possession of marihuana and heroin1 on the ground that the evidence admitted against him was obtained in an illegal search.
The search occurred on 17 December 1974 in a hotel room shared by appellant and two others at the General Walker Hotel, which was part of the Armed Forces Recreation Center at Berchtesgaden, Germany.
