David Crystal, Jacob Crystal and Louis Crystal, co-partners trading as the Crystal E'arm Dairy, appellants, brought an action in tort to recover of The Baltimore and Bel Air Electric Railway Company, the appellee, damages sustained in a collision, on a public highway crossing, of the motor truck of the appellants with an electric railway car of the appellee.
