Appellant Bruce Alan MeMillian was indicted on charges of (1) sexual assault, (2) indecency with a child, and (3) continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14. The trial court denied appellant’s motion to quash his indictment for continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14; appellant subsequently pleaded guilty to that count and two counts of sexual assault. He contends on appeal that the trial court erred in denying his motion to quash, which challenged the constitutionality of the statute criminalizing continuous sexual abuse of a child…
