This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of El Paso County, 41st Judicial District. Linda R. Colls, a minor approximately three years of age, suing by her next friend, Charles R. Colls, as plaintiff, sought to recover damages from Price’s Creameries, Inc., defendant, for personal injuries received by her when she was struck by a milk truck owned by defendant and operated by its employee.
