This cause is presently before the Court by motion of the plaintiff on behalf of the Estate of David L. Portnoy (Portnoy) against the defendant, Cessna Aircraft Company (Cessna). The plaintiff has filed a motion for partial summary judgment contending that Cessna is collaterally estopped from controverting any strict liability claim for the manufacture of a defective product due to the judgment in Nancy Baggs Germone, et al. v.
