Tatsuo Tomita, M.D. brings suit against University Pathology Association (“UPA”) and Barbara Atkinson, M.D. for breach of employment contract, retaliation and discrimination on account of race and national origin in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and the Kansas Acts Against Discrimination (“KAAD”), K.S.A. § 44-1001 et seq. 1 This matter comes before the Court on the Motion For Summary Judgment By University Pathology Association And Barbara Atkinson, M.D. (Doc. # 57)…
