Came on for consideration Plaintiffs’ motion to permit notice pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq. At the present time, five plaintiffs have opted into the four named plaintiffs’ consolidated action against Defendant American Airlines, Inc. (American) by filing written consents pursuant to Section 7(b) of the ADEA, 29 U.S.C. § 626(b).
