The defendant raises four issues:(1) Did the state prove intent to steal, requisite to the crime of burglary as charged ?(2) Was it error to admit into evidence proof of the nature of previous criminal offenses?(3) Did the court err in admitting into evidence admissions or statements against interest made to police officers ?(4) Should plaintiff be granted a new trial in the interest of justice ?
