Mohammad Abdul Hasem petitions for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA” or “Board”), which dismissed his appeal of an Immigration Judge’s (“IJ”) final removal order. We will deny the petition for review.

Hasem, a native of Bangladesh, became a lawful permanent resident of the United States in 1989. Hasem returned to Bangladesh in 1996. He testified that soon thereafter, his immigration documents were stolen.
