The plaintiff sued to enjoin the defendant from prosecuting an action in Missouri to compel the plaintiff to pay to the défendant the amount named in a policy of life insurance issued by the plaintiff on the life of Lee Beauford Wood, the deceased husband of the defendant, in which policy the defendant was named as the beneficiary. The plaintiff also sought the cancellation of the policy. A temporary injunction against the defendant was granted at the commencement of the action. She filed a motion to dismiss the action.
