Billy Wayne Ward (“Defendant”) appeals from a judgment sentencing him to 90-117 months imprisonment following a jury verdict convicting him of Trafficking Oxycodone by Possession. On appeal, Defendant argues the trial court committed plain error by allowing a “substitute analyst to testify concerning lab results,” in violation of his Sixth Amendment right to confrontation.
