The complaint in this action seeks to reduce to judgment an assessment of federal tax liabilities, interest, fees, penalties, and statutory additions (collectively, the “tax liabilities”) against the defendant Joseph Letscher, who was convicted of failing to file federal tax returns and tax evasion.
