R.J.S. Security, Inc. (“Appellant”) brought suit against Command Security Services, Inc. (“Command Security”), William Ballard (“Ballard”) and Phil Danforth (“Danforth”) collectively, (“Respondents”) for various damages related to the sale of a security guard company to Respondents, who also brought counterclaims against Appellant. The Circuit Court of Jackson County entered judgment for Appellant and Respondents on different counts and both now appeal the trial court’s decision.
