Third-party plaintiffs FDS Marine, LLC, FDS Diving Construction and Salvage Co., Inc., and their individual shareholders (collectively, FDS) appeal a summaryjudgment dismissing their claims against General Construction Company (General Construction) for breach of contract and quantum meruit.
