Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Beldock, J.), rendered August 27, 1981, as amended on November 9, 1983, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, upon a jury verdict after a trial in absentia, and imposing sentence.

Judgment, as amended, affirmed.
