Defendant relies for reversal on three propositions, as stated in his brief, but these three may be stated as one proposition, thus:
“That the findings and decree of the trial court are contrary to the evidence and contrary to law, and are not supported by either.”
This being an equitable proceeding this court is authorized to consider all of the evidence to determine whether’the findings of fact made by the trial court are sustained by the evidence, and whether the conclusions of law based on the findings of fact are authorized.
