Raymond Hawkins and wife owned a tract of land and certain personal property in Seminole county, Oklahoma, which they had listed for sale with Estes Realty Company of Seminole, Oklahoma. George Wright was interested in buying this property, and after talking with Raymond Hawkins, he and Hawkins agreed upon a purchase price of $4,500, and went to the office of Estes Realty Company on May 22, 1947, and advised Mr. Estes of their agreement.
