This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Madison county annulling the action of the board of county commissioners of that county, whereby it attempted to consolidate the high schools located at Pony and Harrison. The case was tried below upon an agreed statement of facts. The town of Pony, Montana, is situated in School District No. 11, which has been in existence many years.
