Flathead county has a county high school situated at Kalispell, and district high schools at Whitefish, Columbia Falls, and Big Fork. At Somers there is operated, in connection with the grade school and in the grade school building, a two-year high school course. Proceeding under Chapter 47 of the Extraordinary Session of 1933-34, the proper officers therein authorized so to do divided the county into four high school districts.
