William C. Bennett, appellant, appeals an order entered in the Family Court of the City of Chesapeake (family court) pursuant to the provisions of the Revised Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act (URESA), Code §§ 20-88.12, et seq., awarding Dianne Waters, appellee,1 a judgment for partial spousal support arrearages accumulated under a 1977 New Jersey divorce decree.
