The facts disclosed by this record are, that James West married Mary Sue West after having been arrested and charged with seducing her under promise of marriage. She was at that time with child, and she alleged that he was its father. He admitted having previous illicit relations with her, and he also knew that she had previously .had improper relations with other men.
