The Monaca and Ambridge Street Railway Company by its original charter granted 12th September, 1905, was authorized to construct a line of railway, wholly within the County of Beaver, beginning at a fixed point in the Borough of Monaca and extending thence through *244several townships to the Allegheny County line, a distance of eight and one-half miles.
