This matter is before the Court on Motion by Defendant, E.I. DuPont de Nem-ours & Company [hereinafter “DuPont”], for Partial Summary Judgment. [DN15] This is a products liability action based on injuries allegedly resulting from use of a product manufactured by DuPont.
