MEMORANDUM OPINION ON TRUSTEE’S MOTION FOR TURNOVER AND OBJECTION TO AMENDED CLAIM OF EXEMPTION

This case comes before the Court on the Trustee’s Motion For Turnover And Objection To Amended Claim Of Exemption. The trustee seeks turnover from the debtors of $1,979.65, representing wages earned as of the date of bankruptcy but paid post-petition. Debtors assert that seventy-five percent (75%) of these wages are exempt under K.S.A. § 60-2310. The trustee objects to the claimed exemption.
