DECISION OF THE COURT OVERRULING TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO DEBTOR’S EXEMPTION IN EARNINGS

This matter is before the court upon the Chapter 7 Trustee’s amended objection to the Debtor’s claimed exemption in his pre-petition earnings payable postpetition. The Debtor claims an exemption of $18,750, or 75% of $25,000, pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1673 as incorporated into Ohio Rev.Code § 2329.66(A)(17).
