OPINION ON CROSS MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This matter is before the Court on the parties’ cross-Motions for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff/Trustee seeks judgment on Counts I and II of the four-count Com plaint. Defendants seek dismissal of the Complaint in its entirety. 1 Relying on the Trustee’s powers under 11 U.S.C. § 544, Count I seeks recovery of alleged fraudulent transfers under Mich. Comp.
