Richard L. Salters petitions for review of an adjudication of the Pennsylvania Municipal Police Officers’ Education and Training Commission (Commission) revoking Salters’ certification as a municipal police officer. The Commission found this certification had been issued in error because it relied, in part, upon a false statement Salters made on his certification application.
